Shoot out to all but especially FIRST TIME home buyers. Working with Ryan was an amazing, smooth and a quick process (from offer to closing it was 36 days). Buying a home for the first time is very intimidating. There are so many small things I did not realize existed until Ryan walked me through each step (offers, counter offers, home inspection, loan, repairs they need to make, closing costs). Ryan found my perfect house within my price range.

My house was on the market for 3 days with over 15 showings. We put in a strong and reasonable offer. Ryan was able to negotiate with the seller to bring $3,000 toward my closing cost, home warranty, curtain rods and curtains (seller paid for those items not me). I had so many questions through the process. Ryan was patience and answered all my questions within minutes.

When buying a home, it is so important to have someone be so available to answer all your questions, at all times of the day. He was committed to me. I know he had other work related things going on, but he gave me his utmost attention with my home purchase.

I would say if you're not using Ryan to buy your home, you're going to make your home buying experience harder on yourself.:)

We used Larry to sell my mother's house 3-4 years ago. He knew the area well and told us to list the house 15% higher than we thought. The house sold in one day! Larry did a great job with my mom, who had the early signs of dementia. Fast forward to 2017. We chose Larry because he is a man of high character, knows Carmel like the back of his hand, and has a tremendous sales record. He flexed to my personality (need to understand all the details) and my wife's (was sentimental over selling the house our kids were raised). He listened and counseled us whenever the need arose. In the end, we sold our house in nine days and the closing went exceptionally well. The house was at the high end within our area, so this was not a slam dunk sale. I know Ryan personally. I know he's a hard worker and a go-getter. I also know just how smart he is. I also knew he would do the absolute best job possible to help me sell the home quickly, while still making a profit.

Since I know Ryan many would consider me partial, and I am. Yet, where my money is concerned that doesn't apply so much. Ryan was able to get my house up online the same evening I listed it with him... a Friday. Therefore, it was shown over the weekend, which was a bonus.

Ryan even shared several options for pricing the house, which involved a) did I want a quick sale b) did I want the most money I could get, or c) a bit of both. I found that to be terribly enlightening. He had researched the prior sales in my area to such an extent that he was able to fulfill my choice of option "c" and get the sale done within 5 days, while I still got more for the house than anticipated. Excellent outcome.

Every concern I had, regardless of phone call, text, email, day, night, or weekend, Ryan addressed immediately. He went far above the expectations even I had for him.

Ryan kept track of everything during the selling process and worked hard to get the best offer, make the best counter offers, and motivate the buyer to get the offer made and accepted ASAP via their realtor. He knew what to say to the other realtor involved to not sound too pushy, but also ensure the end result I wanted.

Plus, he tied up a few fairly important loose ends at closing. Things the buyer's realtor had forgotten to even mention to the buyer. I am so pleased with my experience, the sales price, the entire process of what is normally a very stressful situation, and Ryan's professionalism and personality. I wouldn't even consider using a different realtor in the future.
